What we collect and why

Booking details (names, email, phone, guest names, dietary and access needs, occasion) to deliver your booking (contract). Enquiries, to reply to you (legitimate interests). Marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe any time (consent). Website analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) only if you accept optional tracking (consent).

Who we share it with

Ticket Tailor (ticketing and payments); Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement, only with consent); our email provider (only if you opted in); partners you booked through. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records: 6 years (tax law). Marketing: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: 14 months.

Quote enquiries

When you request a quote, FormSubmit processes your name, company, email, phone, preferred date, party size and occasion and forwards the enquiry to emma@proud.co.uk. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. We use these details to respond to your enquiry; submitting a quote request does not sign you up for marketing. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time: emma@proud.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO.

Cookies

One essential setting remembers your cookie choice. With your consent, Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to count visits. Meta Pixel may use the _fbp cookie and send page-view and advertising measurement data to Meta after your consent. Change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
